Although sometimes it can get crowded and not many people are working at that moment, two chairs are usually free (because people are mainly nervous, so they stand on their feet), which can help with the time passing. Also, the office is full of different products to buy, so it almost can't get boring. If you really don't want to spend time inside, and there are many people waiting in line before you, there are some benches under the trees right outside, where you can relax and enjoy. There are even a few coffee places and stores nearby, so time can really fly and you can even miss your turn if you are not careful. Clerks are efficient and helpful if needed. Main complaint can be a lack of space to move freely and feeling you're in a tight closed space, but the books and postcards make it more similar to a bookstore or a library.
I waited 15 minutes, with only 1 person in front of me, who actually ended up leaving. I saw 4 workers, yet there was only 1 window open.
I was inquiring how much it would cost for me to send a package to Hungary.
When I finally got called, the extremely unfriendly and rude old woman angrily refused to serve me, loudly ranting at me in Croatian. a person waiting in line informed me she wanted me to leave because my request would take too long.
Definitely the worst experience I ever had with a post office. Why even have a post office if they refuse to post packages??
A place you certainly do not want to wait for. More than half an hour, to buy a mark, or send a letter. Big problems with delivery and searching for a package. The staff working at these places are incapable and ineffective. Avoid.
Very slow....
Ne narucujte nista vrijedno postom, pogotovo sa aliexpressa, vec 2 posiljke su mi stigle u hrv. nakon cega im traga vise nema. Kad se ode kod kontrolora govore da su je isporucili u sanducic ( sto naravno nije istina)...Ne mozete dokazati da nije isporuceno...ukratko bespomocno ste opljackani.
