Despite their mistake, the staff was very insulting and very unprofessional towards us! We wanted to have washed and dried laundry in the tumble dryer, which we also paid for. I provide proof in the attached photos. The complaint occurred in the following days, because we are not in the town of Pag every day. We understand that everyone makes a mistake, but we find your words inadmissible, which makes us emotionally affected by our family!
