Their web page is very confusing when buying the tickets. They will not sell you the tickets for the next day (even if you have it selected)??? and automatically select the next available date. I ended up buying the wrong date and immediately asked for a refund (within a couple of minutes after the purchase) They did not even bother to respond to my email. Super unprofessional and also illegal according to EU buyer protection law. I have now took it up with my credit card company for a refund. P.S.: They also require you to print out the ticket which may not be possible especially if you are travelling. Well deserved one star review (unfortunately zero is not possible)

We bought tickets for their boat Biševo (Mali losinj- Zadar) 10 minutes beffore the arrival we are informed that the boat is not coming, and the trip is canceled. There is no replacement ship, the agency isnt answering the calls and they arent offering any solution. The next schedlued trip is in 2 days. Very irresposinble!

Bought a ticket one day in advance. The journey got cancelled in the morning by a person not speaking any foreign languages. A local then translated that apparently the sea was too rough which was not very credible at first as the wind was calm and the sky was blue. Later we found out that they didn't sell enough tickets for the trip to make a benefit. No other information was given, no replacement/refund offered. This practice might not apply during high-season, but I think it's a rather strange behaviour from a company making money mainly from tourism.

Great ride from Zadar to Pula. Very cosy and fast.

We bought a ticket to go from Pula to Veli Losinj with the ferry. When we waited in front of the ferry with the other passengers a guy came and told us that the ferry wouldn't leave due to rough sea. At the end we found out that there were not enough people, so that the transport wouldn't be worthwhile. Of course we didn't get our money back and they didn't arrange an alternative to get from A to B. We will never buy a ticket from that company again.
