Waited 15min for the manager to come approve a return. What a joke. Always a line of about 6+ people waiting to pay. Clothing always has some fault with stitching or quality. Not the best Zara. Go somewhere else. Don't believe any of this??... Go visit this store after 4pm

Very rude... always condescending toward customers although they are only salespeople not actuall designers... lousy quality of sewing, usually something is falling off... overpriced in general... sale prices are great, and they match the actual quality...
