In a month you lost 3 packages to me, one of which was very important. When they call, they wait for an hour for someone to answer and then they rudely tell me that it's not their concern that the packages don't reach me. Some elders can't work at all, they put other people's bills and other envelopes in the wrong boxes. Any cast exceptions !! I have no words for what you have been turning into for the last couple of years !!!
