Excellent service!
Car was great and clean and price was great.
They would definitely be my first choice for renting the car when I come to Croatia again.
Horrible service - Buyer beware- Damaged vehicle, dented, scratched van that hat over 180,000km on it. 2 of the windows stopped working after 2 days of our 2 week rental. We received a replacement but not before the owner told us to come and pick it up (4 hours away) we insisted and he finally gave in and sent someone else. A larger 8 passenger van (mini bus) was provided however because we were travelling around from place to place it was just ridiculous to expect us to lug that large vehicle around without some sort of compensation. We proceeded to ask for our money back - the owner laughed. We ended up booking a different car rental. There is a reason why Filipovic is cheaper - because you pay for what you get!!
We rented a car in other rentacar company and when we came to Croatia whit no reason they cancel our reservation, we where so tired because of trip and we ask in Filipovic rentacar company if they have available car. They give us a car. The service was great and fast! Car was good and perfect for us. We have a child so they also prepare a booster seat for him.

The staff is very friendly, the cars are always clean and nicely prepared for our arrival.
The prices are great and just the way you are
they say when booking. There are no additional costs you have not been told about.
