I want to share my today's experience in optics Monokl branch Dugo Selo. I went in and asked the gentleman who had been doing short brown hair there for about 55 years with glasses to fasten a handle on my glasses that was loosening. My enthusiasm for the service would not be such that before I work in the city, I did not go to Getaldus optics where the glasses were bought and the saleswoman attached them to me. did nothing because it wasn't a problem but she didn't see it or obviously knew and returned them to me dirty and repaired. Considering that the time is approaching for a change of glasses, I will definitely change my optics, and I heartily praise the gentlemen from Monokla Dugo Selo for her expertise and kindness.

Unfortunately I am not satisfied, the reason is a long wait. If you force delay by 10-15min. You must re-order and wait 30-45 days.
