Fresh market. Lot of flower and merchandise stalls

Wide variety, BUT known to be a bit of a tourist trap (with much higher prices than other merchants nearby), especially if you go inside the closed in area. *Also known to charge tourists higher prices than locals... just stay aware. Still, GREAT selection and quality, I must admit. But again, much more expensive due to the tourist draw. Just two blocks over you can find similar street vendors selling equally fresh fruit for less. Every once in awhile you will find a vendor at Dolac who is honest and won't overcharge more than other Zagreb vendors... Just shop around to know prices before you go, and use your best judgment and research :)
