The surroundings of the church is really nice. Still -2 stars because there also was no God.

The most beautiful christian cemetery I've seen. They say that the Mirogoj cemetery is the one of the most beautiful in the world. It's worth visiting it. For people arriving from ex Yugoslavia territory it would be also interesting because of the great historical figures buried there.

Today, on Easter 2020, the arcades along with the church are fenced. Recently, on March 22, there was an earthquake that left a trap on all the arcades, even on this beautiful Church of Christ the King. How long the rams will last only the center will see.

The only Catholic church in Zagreb (and in the world). An integral part of the unique Arcades (built in 1876), which mark together with the church the unique architectural appearance of the cemetery. We are infinitely grateful to Hermman Bollé for giving a special stamp to this ingenious and timeless feature of the city of Zagreb.

I accidentally heard that this mass of church was kept in this church by the old Latin ritual that was in use for 450 years and came out of use some 50-60 years after the Second Vatican Council and of course I had to see it for religious reasons as well from the cultural. And I'm not sorry Mass is very pious and beautiful though I did not understand anything, maybe sometimes a believer does not have to understand everything. I also have to mention the choir because my singing has passed through me from his singing. Really wonderful experience and definitely recommend it!
