At first glance, a nice place full of crystals ... and then when, with confidence and longer deliberation, you decide to buy one specific expensive crystal that you previously asked the saleswoman and that previously told you that it is normally offered like the others (and in addition, she watched you and that crystal for a long time and how you decide), then - after your decision to buy, instead of the saleswoman looking forward to your purchase - she starts carrying that crystal to the cash register with a very reluctant and unpleasant moan - and starts long phone the boss, describe to him that he "has a situation" (?????). And then he interrupts the conversation after a few minutes of your patient waiting and in an arrogant and arrogant voice he tells you: "YOU CAN'T BUY THAT CRYSTAL!" WITHOUT any apology (!? !!) and even with LYING that she allegedly "didn't know that this crystal was * under someone's down payment *". After that visit, the same crystal was on the internet offer for a few more days (!?!?! ???! ???), which concludes that in addition to the immoral offer and / or immoral rejection, there was also a potential possibility of possible fraud of potential clients through internet shops (otherwise in some countries there is a moral compensation only for evasion, ie rejection of the buyer's decision to buy the exhibited product for sale in the store - in this Croatia, of course, legally - no - and of course such deception of buyers - possible and present). Yet this case has been reported and quite regardless of what will be next (most likely there will be nothing), they will not see me again for the rest of my life.

Pray to God that you don't need a complaint. On the bracelet cracked buckle on the first wear, repair waited more than 2 months. Disaster!
