Do not recommend. It is the worst airline company I have ever traveled. Personal is not polite and they used to leave passengers behind, closing the gate before specified time even if you had another flight operated by them. (Another companies - even low-cost - will wait you in any case). Do not leave important things in their hands. I have missed important appointments. No compensation received. I will never travel with them again and I do not recommend to do so to others.

This airline has only the name Austrian and nothing else. Far away from being precise, client oriented company. Hate flying with them!

Airlines that, according to my criteria, are among the top five. I can not compete with Qatar Airways but Austrian is a very high quality company
