Very nice apartment, hotel quality for a very good price. Fantastic host!

Mirko was genuinely such a nice person, probably the nicest person we met during croatia and his wife Veronica was lovely as well. He has worked in the hotel industry all his life and you could tell, very professional, though had the touch of him seeing this as retirement and enjoyment rather than just business. Arrived to him giving us a number of his fresh figs, then homemade grapa and a sweet syrup like drink his wife made. Also offered us beer, juice, coffee etc. He subsequently gave us a talk through the area with a map marking sights that were good, but was keen not to push any restaurants which was nice. The room was very nice and clean with good a/c. Then the bathrooms were nice with good showers (much better than other places we had), also a very nice touch to have nice branded shampoo and shower gel, something that clearly costs more for him to do, but shows the more personal touch. The location was perfect, in the heart of the new town (more value for money eats out rather than extortionate old town prices), was a 5min walk to the beach with really nice bars, 2mins to local supermarket and 2mins to the bus stop which was a 5min journey to the old town (or 30min walk). Testament to how nice a bloke he was, he gave us a lift to town twice as he wasn't doing anything at the time we were going. In the mornings you would get croissant, coffee, juice, figs whenever you got up (we got up at 12 one morning). They were very generous, and he had essentially a mini allotment with all kinds of fruit and veg that he would bring for you to eat. My girlfriend had sea urchin spikes in her foot and her wife cut most out and then gave homemade olive oil to help draw the spikes she couldn't get out. We could not recommend this place enough, very nice place with perfect location, perfect hosts and very reasonably priced. All round excellent.

Beautiful and large apartment located in a quiet area of ​​Dubrovnik. By car / bus you can reach the historic center of Dubrovnik in a few minutes. Wonderful bed and balcony. The owner is the friendliest host we have encountered during our vacation in Croatia. He spoke English well and was always there for us to help or give suggestions. We even got vegetables from his own vegetable garden and home-made fish soup (bread) in the afternoon. We had never experienced it so hospitable before. Recommended!
