A catastrophe ... everything is overgrown ... no one maintains ... BYPASS IN A WIDE ARCH

A fortress that has lost its soul. When you ascend the hill, you will find the remains of the fort, which have been largely completed and repaired. Occasionally very rough and not worrying too much about the materials being installed. It was as if it was only important to make as much of the rest of the city itself as possible. Inside the walls is a kind of ugly metal barrack that further corrupts the ambience of the old town. When you visit the Old Town of Sirač you do not have the feeling of old and mystical as in some other medieval fortresses. The old town of Sirač is well maintained and has not been overgrown with shrubs and trees like some other forts, so the view around the fort is beautiful.

The old town of Sirac is a medieval Turkish stone fortress dating from the 14th century in a prominent position - cliché in the center of the settlement at the exit of the White River from the Papuk massif. The fort is on the right bank of the White River at 200 meters above sea level. It was not established, but it is believed that the town of Sirac was built by the Templars. Today the walls have left the walls only but I recommend to every traveler in the passage to stop and obey. The road to the fort is not difficult and is not far from the main road where the car is left
