My hometown!
Around 1430, Croatian settlers from Dalmatia and Bosnia in the area of present-day Raklje erected the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary or of Our Lady-Saint. The parish church of Our Lady was built in the 15th century as a rectangular building with an elevated shrine, without the apse. In 1757, the apse and the side chapels were added to its reconstruction. In the church is preserved a custodian with reliefs of two angels, the work of Master Dominic from 1425.
