Very pleasant and dear hosts. Beautiful yard in complete peace, secluded. Cozy house with everything you need. In the evening silence and stars, during the day greenery and sun.

Comfortable house with two double bedrooms, one with a single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, a ground floor service for the pool, large open plan kitchen with living room, beautiful corner window overlooking the garden with swimming pool , all fenced. Point out the hospitality and courtesy of Tomislav and Ana the owners. You will be, for those who want, half an hour from the sea, I also point out to you to pay a visit to the Aura distillery in Buzet, a few km away.

First, it is important to me to say that the landlords are really nice and almost sorry to write something bad, but since we all pay a lot of money for the holiday, I would like to write an honest review. The house is unkempt in many places and in no good condition and I can not understand the good reviews? Yes, the house is equipped with everything necessary, but still no place to feel good, if you have the demand for cleanliness and hygiene. Starting at the bottom: The cushions of the beach chairs at the pool have everywhere stains, because they stay out in the wind and weather, looks very ugly. Also, the upholstery at the table outside are no longer really handsome. Down in the living room is a white couch, which was full of fingerprints and other smears, I had to wash off, because it was disgusting. All the doors in the house were dirty everywhere, we also partly removed, because we disgusted. The kitchen has a worktop with joints, some of which are broken out, of course, everything sticks in there and ants came out there. The dishwasher had the food leftovers of half a year in the sieve. The oven is so dirty, something I have rarely seen. The toilets and sinks were clean, but the toilet brushes had already been quite a few heaps away. All bathrooms have mold under the vanity tops or skirting boards. The drains in the showers were filthy. The beds were clean, but had no mattress covers on it. Delicious to sleep in the juices of the previous tenants. The garden is as neat and well-kept in the pictures on the net, however, the real many bees and wasps are very disturbing, a beekeeper has his beehive a few meters from the garden. Of course they come to drink at the pool. That's fine, but worth knowing for families with small children or for people with dogs. Our children are bigger, could handle it, but our dogs were stabbed several times. Worth mentioning is that the house at the back is indeed very quiet, but in front the main road leads past, which was partly really loud, if you wanted to leave the window in the bedroom. Also loud is the adjoining "CaffeTeen". You look from the upper floor directly onto the terrace, which is sprinkled with music from morning half past six until at night. The guests are of course also outside for a long weekend and not always quiet. All in all, we expected something different and were very disappointed! If you do not really need it, it might not bother you. As far as the cleanliness is concerned, everyone has different needs, but those who like it clean will not feel well. The landlord wants to change it, he said ... Would I wish the next guests ....

We spent 14 days in the villa in June and felt very comfortable. The garden area and the pool invite you to relax and unwind. The house is really nice too. Everything is there that you need. The view of the landscape and the forest, as well as the mountains in the distance, is impressive. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner and saw very nice hosts in Ana and Tomislav. Because of the nearby street, it is sometimes a bit louder, but bearable. We were out and about a lot anyway and looked at the area and visited the surrounding places. You can see that the operators have made a lot of effort, but you also have to write that it has to be improved here and there, because of course such an object also experiences "traces of use" over time, which can be easily repaired so that it is is perfect again. With three people, the villa offered enough space and retreat. With more than 4 people it would be too small and too tight for me personally. I would recommend the Vila Casa Romano. However, I recommend that operators eliminate some flaws and defects that have arisen over the years. Then it's really great!
