Villa Roses

I absolutely do not recommend it because it is questionable whether you will be able to make your reservation. Unfortunately, we were not able to visit the villa in the end because the owner did not cancel our reservation, so I can not comment on what the villa is or how it is equipped, but I can the owner's relationship. I agreed with the owner accommodation and conditions of accommodation in a direct telephone conversation after which I sent a written confirmation of the reservation and received her confirmation. The owner did not ask for any booking payment as she said they do not expect any reservations given the situation. The owner had my details and contact phone number. I asked for a possible deadline by which it is possible to cancel the reservation and the owner agreed that given the situation it is absolutely acceptable to talk to 01.06. By appointment, I called 01.06. to confirm the deal, but I received a reply that she had rented the house to other people and that our reservation was being canceled. Unfortunately this situation caused us significant problems with our trip to Istria so I definitely don't want to recommend this accommodation because you don't know if you will be able to make your reservation.
