Saved our holiday - made a quick diagnostic of a particle filter error in the afternoon, ordered a missing part (a cheapest possible solution of a problem) to arrive next morning, and exchanged it quickly. Awesome approach, and very fair prices (checked that with my car mechanic). Saviors for any Volkswagen.

The overall service took significantly longer than the serviced assessment, but on-site service is at least slow. Cleaning the car from the outside is great but the interior is superficial.
