It's a nice place and location.Minus is service.Even croatian rule is to change towels every 3days,it was a big problem for owner and told us she does not change it 7days!The noisiest apartment is no. 4.Standard equipment for 4star apartment is also microwave,unfortunatelly no one had.The place has big parking place a small playground which was nice.But access to the garden for children was horibble.No stairs from terrace but around the house.They should work harder if they want to have 4star.

A very cool place. The rooms are large, clean, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The landlady Mrs. Ivana, very nice, helpful and open, speaks good English, so communication without problems. To improve the internet connection - it often breaks off. Location outside the center is very good, if someone likes peace, 300m to the beach, the same to the nearest pub. Walk along the beach to the center of Punat 15-20 minutes. For my part, I recommend it! Visit Adria!

We have two apartments inhabited. 3 days an apartment with 1 bedroom and then 10 days in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. All clean. The kitchens are well equipped. The air conditioners do their job well. The terrace on the 1st floor is bombastic. The Vermiezer are super nice. The adult Sphn speaks very german. If you need something, you just have to say. The house and the garden are not as in the photo still under construction. The beach is only about 200 meters. The center of Punat you can walk along the beach promenade. We're going back this year.
