This hotel has great position - right at the beach. It's big and nice, the receptionists spoke English very well and were very helpful and nice. There is one big problem with this hotel. The word Kaštel means church and so every day starting at 6 a.m., the bells start ringing and you can hear it through the walls. That's not great on a vacation.

Don’t let the pictures fool you as it did me. The dining room does not look like that! The food is horrible, inedible! The ‘superior’ room isn’t so they moved us and that room was the same, terrible. Mold on bottom of shower curtain. NO AC!! Hot water comes and goes. Bed is either lumpy and too soft or too hard. No flowers in room or anything the pictures showed. No free parking what a lie. We checked out early, none too soon.

Staff lovely.bed uncomfortable.tv blured.wifi didnt work.rough towels.shiwer cutain broken and old and dirty looking.shower holder broken.no proper lounge ti sit in.just a couple of chairs in a dim plain room.breakfast awful.beautiful old building not cared for.no nice areas to sit outside.no flowers.shame as its in the perfect setting by the sea.pillows flat only 1 each.no armchair to sit in.wouldnt stay again

Very nice 3 star hotel converted form an old monestary. Location of the hotel is very good. Center of town, bus station and beach are within 3 min walk. Rooms are old style decorated but everything is functional and clean. Service is very good, staff is friendly and food is also ok.
