Positively: - location, close to the beach - beautiful terraces - comfortable beds Negative: - The apartment is not for families with small children “We were with children aged 2.5 and 6.5 and after a 2.5-year-old child was crying and yelling for 15-20 minutes (because we didn’t let him do what he shouldn’t) at 10.30am, he came is the owner of the apartment and asked "are there any problems?"). I don't know which child under 3 can be quiet all the time ??? - the sea on the beach is catastrophically dirty (after literally 10 cm depth the bottom is no longer visible and there are large stones everywhere in the shallows) Parking (6 cars parked in 2 rows fit in the yard. Those from the first row cannot go outside if those in the second row do not move) - very poor equipment of the apartment (no hooks for hanging goods and a bunch of little things they need every day) - The apartment was generally tidy and clean but the floors were dirty - very small tv for that size of apartment - very small and poorly equipped kitchen

It was nice and comfortable. We stayed in apartment 2 + 2, located on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea. The beach is very close, a combination of small and large pebbles and has a lot of shade.

Apartments very neat. The host is kind, approachable and professional. The location is top notch. Without any complaints ...

Nice apartment, very close to the beach, full infrastructure on the beach, so it might seem that everything is great, but everything broke down at the end of the host. We were on vacation with two children 3 and 7 years old, stay booked for 14 days !!, During the stay the coffee cup, wine glass, small plate and soap dispenser were damaged. SAMI reported it and the host charged € 50 !!!!. We offered to buy back, when asked where the nearest store is, he said that in Zadar, that is about 70km. We went to Biograd for a set of 6 porcelain coffee cups, 3 wine glasses, a plate and a dispenser, we paid about 20 €. After this incident, we were also disturbed by VERY dirty water in the Lolic Beach Resort and we were left with a great distaste after our stay. I would like to add that it was our 4th stay in Croatia and the first time we met with such a muddy bottom on the beach. In addition, extraordinary prices in shops, e.g. for sunscreen 50ka nivea for children for 116Kn !!!!. Better to rent further, pay less than 80 € per night and just drive the car to the beach, e.g. to Drage or Pakostane, where the water and the beach, e.g. Pilatusa, is simply Super !!! 100% Croatia
