Not a place to hang out. Its a place of necesity. Like all state run bureaucracy its slow and inneficient. Some people working there are real professionals but others are just lazy parasites

I was accompanied by a sick person, I have the impression that it is disorganized. People wait a long time and they are transferred from office to office. When it’s brunch, some employees leave earlier for brunch, just lock the door and leave. The building is in a terrible state, I am sorry for the person with a disability, because the building is not adapted to them.

A very friendly social worker and psychologist, talking to them helped me a lot. Thank them.

After hours, the day of the call (I couldn't physically reach the center), a gentleman (in senior position at czss) told me to call, but she did not call or pick up the phone. I realize that they have a lot of work to do, but I have met so many incompetent people over the years who work there, and quite nervous and hateful. It's like someone made them work with people who work.
