Tele2 Centar Dubrovnik

The best thing I can tell about this center and their service is that shop is clean and air-conditioned. They had no working WiFi system, but use improvised demo device of their product for house hold use. They are very slow at processing requests and are never all 3 employees stations open, even if there is more then 3 or more people working at the time.

Shop looks nice, but staff is problematic. On Friday I was informed one way and following Monday the other way about their services. Now I am in process of trying to push complaints up TELE2 center, against local branch. Unfortunatly this is also not swift or easy work :-/

Quick and efficient

Last year Tele2Croatia overcharged us by thousands of kuna. From March we were supposed to have a credit on our account. 2 hours ago they turned off my business phones in an effort to extort more. They admitted on 29.3 to owing us money. They are saboteurs. DO NOT USE TELE2!!
