They are terrible. They don't answer anywhere. I have been waiting for an answer for over half a year, by mail, by phone, nothing.

We have been waiting for half a year for the approval or rejection of an investment loan, terribly slow and inefficient, they always give the same answer to every question, often unavailable on any form of communication.

There is no way we can get very important info when we will be granted a covid 19 loan. Our existence is at stake as it is with thousands of others. Please let the analysts call us so that we know when and if it will be realized. When and if something changes for the better, I will change the number of stars accordingly
