Had a problem with my roof window, a man from Velux came to my house, saw what was going on, ordered some parts I needed to replace and sent them to me all for free. I was really pleasantly surprised. Thank You very much Velux, wish you all the best!

gentlemen! slope to the floor! broken handle on the window (human error) - came within 2 days replaced a new one without saying "a". I ask how much does it cost ?? Nothing - goes under warranty!

Roof windows "moisture resistant" have a mistake and their water enters through the holes where the screws are on the wings. Wings of about 10 years old were rotting from the inside, started draining the water out through the holes on the underside of the wing, the outer screws rolled in place. They know it at velux in Denmark and in our country, so they have changed the wings to their account but the "installation" haha and the "gentleman" Damir from the service is acting like you do a great service, not as if they sold garbage from the product (it's just that it's scary for a peasant). Now it's been three years now, the outer screw on the new wing is back in place. I will contact velux in Danish only to inform them about the problem (they know about their mistake) and avoid you in the wide port.
