Had a negative experience here while shopping with my pregnant wife and our dog. We were repremended by an employee for leaving our dog lying in a quiet location in the store stating that instead she should be with us on a leash while we browse; she was right to do so. We asked if we should leave the store but were told there was no need. The problems started in the changing room where the same store employee returned to amplify her point repeatedly. This upset my wife, the employee told her off and we left. Our dog is extremely well behaved and clean, was causing no problems whatsoever and was once mistaken for an inanimate decoration in an Ikea store (abroad) - just to give a sense of what the employee was dealing with. On another note - this is the only H&M in Zagreb that sells maternity clothes and the changing rooms were filthy. The store still has full prices while the same articles are for sale online, which is where we will be shopping from now on. Congratulations on making it to the bottom! ; j
