ACTIVE Car Rental, Dubrovnik City Office

We rented a car from Active rent in June 2019, car pick up was very prompt with no delays. We got a very good rate through an online agent. Returning the car was also very prompt. Staff were extremely polite and very helpful and went beyond their duty to sort out a parking ticket we got even though we had paid for parking, just got an email from Maro to say parking fine had been cancelled. Would thoroughly recommend Active Rent in Dubrovnik 😊

We picked up a car from Dubrovnik, travelled the coast to Pula and dropped it off at Zagreb airport. Everything was done quickly and efficiently at pick up and drop off. Friendly professional staff made it a pleasure.

Nothing to complain about Active, but if I would repeat the same experience I would prefer a International Rent a Car Company.
