Hotel LЕRО

Spent 3 days in hotel Lero over the New Year, 2021. Hotel is positioned well about 25 minutes walking distance from the old city. Room was spacious, very well appointed, modern furnishings, either new or recently renovated or perfectly maintained. Bathroom also spacious, with towel warmer and other amenities. It had a bath tub. Not my first choice, I would go for shower cabin or glass shower but it did a job. Restaurant worked under Corona watch rules so waitresses provided food that was arranged as a buffet for New Years eve. Everything very tasty and in pleasant environment. Rooms, all places are very clean. Janitors and maids definitely deserve 5 stars for their work. Staff is young there and capable of running 4 star hotel. On my wish list would be an ice maker, one per floor or even one somewhere so guest can pickup ice when needed. Lero is recommended and we will be back!

A lovely super friendly hotel where staff were very happy to oblige any request with a smile. Despite the covid situation we felt safe and saw that they had good practice in place for hygiene. We had a lovely seaview room on the 4th floor. Bed was huge and comfortable. There is a pool for a refreshing dip after a days sightseeing. Breakfast offered a good choice and was served by a waiteress. Piano bar offered snacks/lunch/ cakes/coffee and drinks. Next door is Taj Mahal Bosnian resturant, delicious cuisine with an extensive menu. Try the Taj Mahal special a must and complimentary myrtle liquer. Outside the hotel is the no 4 bus a five minute ride to the north gate to explore the walled city. Reception hold bus tickets for sale. You can walk into town but its up and downhill. Down the hill is a beach, we didnt go there. We went for an executive room and was pleased with it and paid a lower price than advertised. Would recommend this hotel as a good base to explore from.

Excellent location, great, professional people at the front desk. Room is comfy, a lot of space, modern and clean. Great swimming pool. Close to supermarkets, bakeries and a 10 minute walk from Old Town. Deserve more than five stars. All staff is professional and friendly, you feel like you're in your home. Super clean, spotless, everything like new. I strongly recommend when you come to Dubrovnik to stay here.

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, good location.

Rooms were dirty and the breakfast was ok,nothing special, but was served not warm. Didn't like the service, we had to wait 3 hors for new towels!! After requesting it again and again. And above all, they tried to charge us for using the mini bar when we actually didn't! Will never go back not recommend anyone to stay there.
