The bank as such offers very qualitative services far from deserves a higher rating but the branch office in PBZ Novalja does not deserve such recognition because in one of the world's well-known tourist destinations, there are two counters to thousands of clients in the summer season, straight disrespect and mumble of their own customers, why 2 and a half hours I'm waiting for a single payment, where other clients lost their patience I got the answer and the crowd you see has to wait, of course you could have known that it would be crowded even before the season and you could hire another employee and during these few summer months to open a third counter, but greed is done, and all to the excitement of its customers, which is not correct!

It says at the door from the office that you work until 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, today is Thursday and at 5pm I was at the door and the office was closed
