Landlady just wants to make money.
Suddenly he asked for money for cleaning when he left and said that normally had to be paid for the air conditioning.

Our daughter almost got killed by a cupboard in the lower bathroom.
Of course we had to pay this even though our insurance company said it was the landlord's fault.

Definitely the first and last time in this property.
Beautiful house outside as well as inside. Beautiful large yard and garden and all in a quiet location. The perfect place for relaxation.
