Hotel booking through Ryanair was confirmed, yet when I turned up the hotel was shut. Tried ringing,texting for over two hours but no one there. Have reported problems to Ryanair but no response so far and have emailed hostel to ask for a refund but again no response so far.

No towels. Dirty shared toilet + shower. Shower has no door, is not hanging so you need to hold it up + The hair in shower you can make socks with it. Free coffee / thee is not true. For 80euro disappointing! The entrance is not visible + dirty is the first impression. The only reason I'm writing this bad review is because of the price. If the price was lower, I wouldn't complain I guess.

I enjoyed my night in the Hostel Morcic. Everything was clean and the room was fine. The concierge was very polite and friendly, I liked her!

very dirty place. the bathroom is shared so this means that when you want to shower, you have to clean up first the dirt of the one before you. Also our room did not have airco (although booked as), our windows could NOT close (out of shape). We had a terrible night.
