Nice location, nice rooms and nice hotel setup. This week is apparently the last week the hotel is open, but they already closed one restaurant and it feels like nobody really wants to work anymore. Some staff was extremely nice but others seemed to just don't care anymore. All in all good value for money, I just wish they would have had the full service still - I am sure we paid the normal prize so ..

The resort is newly built and features 3 pools and the capacity for up to 600 people. It is an All-inclusive resort that often feels limited by either time or space. It is often overcrowded and you have to wait in line for everything. There aren’t enough sunbeds for everyone so you have to get up early to secure a spot near the sea. The rooms are all spacious, modern and convenient. The main issue for the resort is the lack of staff and their unkindness. The food is tasty with a good selection of both meat and vegetarian dishes. In between meals there is always a snack bar. And throughout the entire day you have free drinks and cocktails. The only bad thing is that the staff doesn’t respect the closing times for breakfast, lunch and dinner so they often close way before the written time. It doesn’t really have a beach but rather a cliff side entrance with ladders. All in all it is a solid 4 star resort that is perfect for families of up to 4 people.

Truly an all inclusive experience, with good variety of food and drinks as well as plenty for family activities like archery, mini golf, tennis, SUP... Loved it and will come back!

Beautiful location, 3 nice pools (1 of them for children), friendly staff, food was OK (all-inclusive buffet). Good entertainment for the children both during the day and in the night. (However, didnt appreciate the Kids Club let 8-10 year old kids play dart with 4 years old running around). Restaurant had fantastic view. One evening the cocktails were quite bad (sangria undrinkable, and some of the others 'house cocktails" just plain bad), but other evenings they were ok. There are some nice floating platforms with slides etc. in the sea, which belongs to the hotel. First 4-star hotel I have stayed in where we have to pay for pool towels and using the safe in the room... No treadmill for running in the gym (which made the gym useless for us). Had a nice stay, and kids had a great time, but hotel had some shortcomings
