I came to Hvar town 3 times in last 5 years. Town is great but staff at Info center Hvar TZ Hvar are UNFRIENDLY. It seems that they don't like their job and show everybody that they are not welcome. They never smile. If you ask for some information it seems that you insult them with questions. I mean it is tourism and they should be more nice. In Dubrovnik it is completely opposite.

Friendly staff, gave me great information what to see on the island and in the town of Hvar. Town plan was useful too.

Totally ignored. maybe we are not young enough? The town is beautiful , the people who work here are not. Rude when asked a question. Which was a very simple one .... may a have a map? 2 women sitting behind counter looking at computer screen . Not even a hello. My husband went back to ask where there is a pharmacy. "Accross the square" was the rude reply. Customer service is something they need to be trained in
