Unfortunately can't give 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional and owner refused to give details about insurance coverage. Additionally the owner refused to meet us to answer our questions. They also did not return any deposits or even partial refund of deposits. Go somewhere else where they value you as a customer and are willing to help you.
I forgot my ID in hvar, and they brought it to me in Pula. Fantastic!
Be careful at the fuel tank! They have the dishonest habit to give it 2/3 full, asking to return the same amount of fuel, but they did something to the fuel meter: when I started putting fuel, the indicator doesn't move at all, after adding way too much fuel I decided to stop. No signs on the indicator, then after a few minutes of driving, the indicator goes full tank. The result is that you will return the car with more fuel than you actually took it.
But I think this is a common practice in all the Hvar car rentals.
Ask a full tank or negotiate a price of the fuel upfront, do not top up yourself!
Luka rent is just a fast sevice. I had a flat tyre and the guys came with a van, fix the tyre and i could continue to cycle on the Hvar.
Go somewhere else to rent. Slow, rude, did not give us full tanks of gas to start but demanded full tanks on return, electronics on bikes do not work, and owner is hostile.
