Very nice to go around, beautiful city architecture. The water is crystal clear, like in almost every other place in Croatia. There are bars, restaurants and bakery. Everything is walking distance. Very nice to visit.

Nice place. The castle at the top of the hill takes only kunas. But the view is awesome. Most places open for lunch at 1 pm. Dalmatino by the pier serves great lunch starting at 11 am. I recommend the gnocchi.

The Hvar Port is BEAUTIFUL. The color of the stones with the color of the Sea is so beautiful for pictures. We walked around the port and saw so many sea urchins, and little fishes. I would bring a book and sit on the edge of the port and relax. Tons of restaurants in this area too!

Great place to sit and watch the world go by. Beautiful yachts, tasty bakeries and lots of lively bars
