Rent a Car Šibenik - NOVA

Really nice rent-a-car service. It is no exaggeration to say that they belong to the best rental services I had. They were welcome and helpful all the time (even when they saw my scratches), prices are reasonable, their assistant helped me to get out from a narrow street and forgave me scratches I had after the incident. Totally recommend!

We paid for a large car, Mercedes or similar many months before our holiday. so we could fit our luggage in (4 adults from Australia) we were given a SUV and told it was an upgrade but our luggage had to sit on the backseat and under our feet. They basically said bad luck we dont have anything else! Awful company who take no responsibility for anything. I'm going to go with the more trusted companys from now on! as our week long journey in a small car almost ruined our holiday. Your response to my review is ridiculous and your right! I have deleted my account with Expedia and will book directly from now on, clearly not with you! You will not be able to hide behind them anymore. Shame on you for ruining family holidays....

Great service walked in to their office in sibenik last week 22 05 19 had new car in 16 minutes Renault Clio top class small car great on petrol. They collected the car from our hotel when hire was up.thanks to the girls in office at sibenik. Noel O'Connor carlow ireland.

The reservation process is easy and the follow up communication is excellent. Ivica drove from Sibenik to deliver our very nice car to the port in Vodice. The car was clean and well maintained. We had an incident whereas the car had been towed for a vague parking violation. Everyone at Nova (including the local office in Split) was very helpful to resolve the issue. I definitely recommend Nova!
