We enjoyed 2 weeks in this wonderful appartment, privacy, beautiful sea view, nice terrace to enjoy breafast or dinner outside, everything what you need inside, two bathrooms 😊 parking place, right by the beach!

Simply put... This is the finest Croatia has to offer. Without exaggeration. Property is first row to the sea, this is already Dalmatia, arguably the most beautiful part of Jadran and it is on island (for nabs: if Croatia then islands are a must! Can't beat island see and beaches). Town Preko is a small community that doesn't get too crowded in high season and just a 15 minutes ferry jump from coastal Zadar. And on top of that there is a little island in front of this island for ultimate getaway - oh and bring a hanging mat! 😁 Rooms are clean, there is a laundry service and internet is good enough for high elo gaming (ping 45 - 50 ms). Don't bring too much of your own food there is a plethora of mid sized markets and a small market. There is a fish there, but better ask the owner Martin for best access to that. He is willing to grill for you if you lack skills. The property has a small yard where children can play, is pet friendly (there is a small dog Luna that is a perfect example ofvhow serene see can make you). On the property you can rent bicycles, scooters, pedal boats, kayaks and even a small boat or a land rover for some extra fun. While having all this... This remains a small family operated, practicality one man business which translates into friendly and cosy place to stay. And all that for a comparable great value. Just be sure to reserve one year in advance to get the dates you need.

My friend Tom rewiev : My wife and I enjoyed a really relaxing 4 days at Martin's great apartment in Preko on the island of Ugljan. Martin was always very kind and welcoming and met with us (along with his wife and daughter) when we arrived and left the place. From him, we learnt a lot about the culture and history of the area - a brilliant demonstration of how good Airbnb can be for getting to know places and people in ways you would not be able to with a hotel or hostel. The apartment itself looked just like the photos and was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Whilst there, we also rented 2 bikes from Martin for a very good price and used them every day for venturing around the island. The location is right on the sea front, only a few metres from a lovely sandy beach - even in late September the water was about 22C, so still great for swimming. Shops and restaurants are situated only a few moments away by foot. We would 100% recommend Martin's apartment and fantastic hospitality!

Great apartment, great view, great holiday. Very clean, with dishwasher and washing machine and a perfect terrace, with totally comfortable porch swing! Since you can look at the sea, great to hang out and really nice relax - high feel-good factor! Very courteous landlord. Friendly and always helpful, one meets almost every wish.
