They were 5 months late with the construction of the apartment, they did not want to reduce the price for the delay, as stated in the pre-contract. The quality of the work is miserable. After a few months, almost all the walls were cracked, the floors were raised, the window frames were cracked, all the doors in the apartment were lowered, the shutters from the balcony doors were set up counter, the security doors were wrongly set up, the bathroom was paid for the ruined tiles and the walls and floors were installed broken built-in kettle, mold in the basement pantry and fungus clutched at the door, parking paid at full price - they put a box of gas coming out of the wall and occupy a part of the parking lot, they did not decide where the garbage cans from the building would stand, they did not have it at all in the plan. The contractual deficiencies within 30 days were not able to be eliminated in 2 and a half months. And my last e-mails are no longer answered. When I first asked for my defects, I waited for a month.
