Web check-in does not have an available button to reach the check in page if you are browsing the website in english. The check-in in itself does not work, even with the right informations, keeps on asking you to go to advanced search although you are already on it. Called them from France, cost me 15 euros for them to tell me they don't know what's going on. Eventually it worked but the exact same problem is happening now as i try to check in for my flight tomorrow. The actual flight was alright but the website is so stress inducing that I cannot recommend the company and kind of hate them now.

They don't take payment by card!!! Missed the bus because I had to find an ATM. Retarded company.

Very good experience, round trip to Zagreb. A runway wait, explained and water distribution to passengers. The only company that offers 2 hours flights with snacks and a drink to choose. Good attention and agility in all procedures
