Watch out for car rental in Zagreb. There are many frauds like Surprice company, even Orbitz, who do not have offices, but supposedly bring the car on the spot. If you don't find them or are late few minutes, they drive away the car and charge you fully. Afterwards the customer support is terrible or non-existing. Terrible experience with Surprice and Orbitz. Lost couple of hours searching, car left, not available later, had to rent another car from another company, but they charged me fully!!!
