NOVA Rent a Car Dubrovnik Airport

Highly recommend! It’s always scary to rent a car in another country when you hear horror stories about getting ripped off. We had a WONDERFUL experience! The guy who issued us the car was very kind and professional and made us feel comfortable. The guy we dropped the car off too was just as kind! The entire pick up and drop off process was so quick and so easy. We had zero issues and zero complaints. Also a great value. We would definitely rent with NOVA again.

We had a good experience with Nova, no hidden extras or hard sell like some of the other hire companies and a great service from the team. On our return there had obviously been a few flights arrive and most of the other hire companies had long queues but Nova had enough staff to get us turned around quickly and efficiently. Our car was a Dacha, not the most glamorous car but it did the job and was quite spacious for an economy class vehicle, I suspect that we were upgraded to the next class up

Located in one of the booths immediately across the street from outside the airport, Nova was immediately accommodating for us and gave us great service. I accidentally booked an economy car for Zagreb instead of Dubrovnik and they provided us a higher level diesel right away at no extra costs. Picking up the car took about 15 minutes. They also provided the "green card" to us because we were traveling to Montenegro. The vehicle itself was solid except for a low tire pressure warning message, but this quickly went away. During our trip they responded promptly to email as well regarding a question about the fuel. Returning the car was easy and with zero hassles, and took only a few minutes. Definitely glad I went with this company instead of some of the "legacy" rental companies which I read terrible reviews about. Highly recommend.

I was a bit apprehensive about using Nova as it was a local company and not a known company like Sixt or Hertz. I bit the bullet after reading bad reviews from the others. Happy with my choice. Great service, very fast and efficient on arrival, and we arrived an hr early and they upgraded us to a better car. Would definitely recommend them. No fuss or hidden fees. 5 stars ⭐️

During our 2 week vacation in Croatia, we decided to rent a car through Nova rent-a-car. The experience and customer service was exceptional! While in Croatia, we booked a last minute round trip flight from Dubrovnik to Rome. The crew at Nova jumped through hoops to accommodate our needs and allowed us to park in their lot while we were in Rome for 4 days with no extra charges.... They even waited for us after-hours on Sunday to be of assistance! We appreciate you Nova! Thank you for the great experience, we look forward to booking with you next time
