Not the most efficient procedure for collecting a car but the staff was friendly and the car very good too. Return was easy and quick without any problems. The big plus point this place has over the other rental places at the airport is that the regular opening hours here are until 11pm. All others close earlier so if you arrive on a late plane the others charge you extra for out-of-hours pick-up! Overall we can recommend this place.

Simply the best!

Had a bit of a wait to get the car. Was pre booked though Rentalcars. The computer was very slow at the kiosk so the process was painfully slow. There were 2 people in front of me when I arrived making the total wait more than 1 hour. All the other rental kiosks had no queue. Was given a brand new Corsa with only the delivery mileage on it and the tank was 3/8 full so told to bring back the same level. Enterprise operate a fair system where by a scratch or mark within their cardboard gauge is not counted against you. Returning the car was also slow. There was a large queue at all the rental kiosks so had to wait about 15 mins before the agent could check the car. There is 1 person doing the booking in and another doing the inspection and handover. No problems with the car or the inspection and the staff are very friendly and appreciative. On balance I would use them again just build the delay into my plans.

Rudest customer service I've ever experienced. Staff was mean and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs.
