After glazing 650+ m2 of houses on three floors and one complete balcony in glass, we had a small incident for which this company is not to blame, a corner flew us a shiber wing during the storm. After they repaired it and we paid for it, the glass cracked right next to this window from the outside. We certainly did not break it from the outside, so we assume that during the mounting of the other glass this was damaged. To shorten the story, we received an invoice of 800 kuna for the glass, which most likely the installers broke, and they do not accept our complaint. Also, the window has been standing for a month.

A short sequence of events. 14.03. I first contacted Eurotim, ie. Mrs. I sent Kristina pictures and dimensions of the veranda by phone and e-mail so that Kristina could make a rough offer 22.03. Mr. Marino came for the measurements 23.03. I received an offer in the mail and I paid the agreed amount 06.06. In the delay came the fitters who did not know that they had to remove the iron structure from the veranda even though it had been agreed in advance but still sawed it off with a grinder. They only installed the front door, which was a little too short, and filled the gap with pur foam. The door could not be lifted up a few inches like Mr. Marino claimed because there is already a narrow staircase to enter the house. The porch structure could not be mounted because the dimensions were curved and the glass was all transparent instead of being opaque. They promised that in 7-10 days they would come to install the veranda and that they would immediately cover the gap from the front door with slats. We were without a porch for almost a month. 03.07. Other installers are coming to install a porch that does not match the offer. They were a little late because they said they were looking for the front door of the warehouse because they didn't know it was already installed and when they arrived they noticed that they were missing one piece (the narrowest one) and some tools so they went for it. The lower part of the veranda is all in glass even though we had ordered half pages in glass and half full. In the end we told them to let go because it doesn’t look so bad. This time we noticed that the batten on the front door of the veranda was missing so that water would not seep inside. 24.07. The fitter comes to mount the batten without prior notice. The batten is a little shorter than the door, without side guards, it is different shades and does not lie well because you can see where it is connected to the door sights. We were in touch with Mrs. all the time. We didn't bother Kristina Ji too much because we are not that type of person, but when too much time had passed since we had agreed, we would call her to check where she was stuck. We were really tired of the shortcomings of the organization, the service and the long wait and we still had the feeling that that last bar was made and set up to pay us as soon as possible and to get rid of us. After the mail was sent to everyone, the director personally called and asked us what he could do, but after we sent him the sequence of events on viber and after we paid everything fairly, we never heard from him again and no one came to replace / fix the batten.
