The cadastre always employed kindly elderly ladies, but for the last time I was very unkindly served by a younger lady with longer black hair and a piercing on the lip, of an unknown name. Two hours of waiting for one request because it does not work, that is, some customers prefer and some not because of the accent or foreign address in the document. At the end of the discussion, she refused to finish her job, but luckily the older employee ended the break and kindly finished everything in 2 minutes. I did not ask for anything except to be served in a transparent and human way, as well as other foreigners investing in Istria.

Occasionally there are phonical performances before, no better background music for a cozy dinner.
