Apartment Vanda

I can only recommend it, clean tidy, virtually everything can be found in it! Dear host, near the center. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. We were in the above apartment. The bath is a bit retro!

First of all I would like to say that the landlady was very friendly. The apartment is also quite spacious. We had 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and one room had an extra bed. The way to the beach could be done on foot. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook yourself. Unfortunately there were also a few things that we didn't like. The apartment had no trash can neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom or toilet. The advertised TV unfortunately only spoke Croatian to us. You couldn't move it either! However, it didn't bother us anymore, we weren't there to watch TV! Still, it was a shortcoming. The mattresses need to be replaced. These are old and worn out. For me personally, the worst thing was that we had to get water out of the bathtub to wash up, as there was no hot water in the kitchen. Or. You could have taken the kettle but it was pretty slow. And secondly, that on our daughter's bed was not a sheet but a loop scarf. I can not comprehend that. There are also fitted sheets in Croatia! The apartment is very noisy and the traffic can be heard quite loudly into the night. Windows could not be closed because it was too warm. The apartment has no air conditioning. We had a nice, large terrace, but the other tenants above us used it as access to their apartments. That bothers me personally. What is also important to mention, the apartment has a connecting door to the apartment of the landlord, which is closed with a large mirror. The bathtub had been painted with paint that was peeling. By painting the tub, so-called paint noses were created on which you can injure yourself. Many tiles were broken in the whole apartment. The apartment urgently needs to be renovated! It would be a shame if nothing was done, because the apartments are in a good location on the one hand to the center where there is always a lot of activity and on the other hand to the beach. Novi Vinodolski is a very beautiful place in the Kvarner Bay!
