Very pleasant and peaceful place with low prices for rooms with big terrace including outdoors pool and double grill barbecue house for guest

Owner is a complete ignorant. Starts a day with a huge music noise at 7:30am and plays music outside of daytime +22:00 in Croatia. Do not recommend at all anything within proximity.

This accommodation has nothing to do with the lavish name "VILLA". We have been going to Croatia every year since 1996. We do not have high demands or require luxury but standard accommodation. If your door falls on the shower, you have an old torn sofa as an extra bed and instead of a double bed in the second room 120 cm wide sofa bed and you have nowhere to prepare food, as in the kitchen there is not a piece of worktop in addition to double pots and sinks. you probably don't consider it. You serve the food on a plate, each from a different set, as well as cups and glasses collected probably from the whole family, who cared what. About five serving sets. We had to ask for small spoons. We got two. We were extremely disappointed.

The villa has already gained its glory and the apartments would be in dire need of reconstruction: + good location: the beach is close to about 3 minutes but at the same time you are not bothered by the noise from the beach bars + swimming pool for guests + large private parking + pleasant facilities with barbecue and mini restaurant +/- which, however, did not work despite the occupied whole villa. - The quality / price ratio is below average and benefits only from the location and location near the beach - an old building that has new plastic windows and air conditioning - the light in each room is only central and it also flashes every time the climate is switched on - In the largest (living) room, no other lamp worked except one dim ceiling light - The bathroom is the worst: a mini shower for our slim figures (70x70cm) with a broken door and only a dim central light without bulbs above the mirror - old and glued furniture - Mini kitchen without kitchen unit and extractor hood - only 2 hotplates with washbasin as double cabinet ala Whirlpool - Cheap WiFi on 8 apartments did not catch up with text messages and not yet the web - No shower shampoo, only solid soap. - No towels just small towels even the old and hard - Soft bed Weekly stay 06/07 2020

08/2020 After x holidays in Italian mobile homes, we chose a variant of the apartment in Croatia. We are two families 2 + 3 and 2 + 2 and we found accommodation in the villa Klisovic. The owner, Mr. Klisovic, offered us a ground floor apartment No. 7, which we would fit into without any problems. So we paid a deposit and were looking forward to the holiday. Upon arrival we were picked up by Karolina, the owner's sister, who was quite surprised how many of us there are. Then we were surprised, because the first room on the ground floor, which was visible from the street, was both the main and only entrance to this accommodation, That is, absolutely without privacy. We were also surprised by the outdated, shabby furnishings of the entire apartment, which was underlined by the fact that although two separate bathrooms, still only one. The wall between the bathrooms and toilets is not up to the ceiling. So, in the number of 9 people, there were no moments of privacy here either. Toilets and bathrooms are about 2m o d kitchen, refrigerator and dining table. The owner later responded to our criticisms with "you are friends", "be positive" and "you are complicated". After two days, the owner offered us another apartment, but for another 70 euros / night. As compensation, this did not seem right to us. The next morning at about 8 in the morning we were surprised again, by the noise from the terrace, where the owner hammered one of the pillars forming the railing. He objected to this remark that he must do so. Since he found out that he was not physically fit for it, he invited a worker on the third day in the morning, who at about 9 in the morning began to tear down the pole with a jackhammer. So there was a big mess on the terrace where our clothes were drying and we had to sweep ourselves. The brothel lay there, including tools, for several days. All this under the slogans Mr. Klisovice "stay positive" and "have a good karma". The owner's sister Karolina apologized to us several times for her brother and brought us a PET bottle of bottled wine. However, the behavior of the owner of the apartment with respect for his health was very arrogant and ruthless. It was not possible to agree on any compensation for inconvenience, so we paid the full price. We saw the positive in a convenient position close to the sea, which due to the number of children is almost a necessity, and then in the outdoor pool. We agreed that the existing apartment No. 7 was in the past, thanks to a small indoor pool and impractical arrangement only wellness for other apartments in the building. However, use as accommodation will certainly earn more.
