Very clean and perfectly located apartment. The host (Nina) was very communicative and open for any questions

The apartment was very clean and tidy, the host very communicative, also gave us some great advices. There is also a parking reserved for the guests back in the yard. I would recommend this accomodation.

Perfect location.. The building was a little bit old but the rooms where very nice! And they have private parking!

+ Ideal apartment if you arrive by car - not situated in the oldtown but a lovely 15min walk away. The apartment itself contains everything you need, the host is also very friendly and helpful regarding Zadar information. Parking is available directly in front of the house. - The bathroom and shower could use a renovation.

If you pass over the exterior aspect of the building, the rooms are great and Zrinka is a very good host.
