Apartments and Camping Vesna

Basic camping, OK for a short climbing trip. Can get crowded (and loud) on the weekends and spring holidays (Easter, 1st May). Great shade under the pine trees, perfect for summer days. Do not expect anything fancy. Showers and toilets are OK, but communal kitchens can get dirty really quickly if people are messy. Edit 2020: Somewhat updated facilities since my first review. Still great value.

Cheap camping next to the exceptional national Park, but the campsite is really really small behind the house, and the woman who owns the place only speaks german, not a world of english, so communication wasn't very easy nor warmful or pleasant. Good and cheap to visit the park (not the town which is almost empty of any interest) anyway. Clean showers.

Nice location for visiting National park Paklenica

Excellent appartments for affordable price. Open all year round. Camp prefered by climbers. Tent sites are protected by high pine trees.

Our favorite camp site in this area. Clean and safe. Bencareful during Bora (wind) times. It is good for children, climbers.
