Tinel Rooms Old City Center

The room itself was OK. Entrance is shockingly ugly. In very central location but quiet (triple windows?). Parking around is impossible and without the correct advice - is also very expensive. Finding the place was hard and representative on the phone was extremely intolerant.

We have arrived here, but nowhere to find a reception. The neighbor had to call the owner to ask if she would give the keys. Afterwards we learned that the reception in the Tinel restaurant was 300 m away. There is no parking. We had to park far in the public parking and then walk through the city center with the suitcases to the apartment. It is not fun to do. There is also no elevator, so you have to take the stairs. The apartment is on the second floor. Breakfast is served in the Tinel restaurant. There is no fruit or yogurt or muesli. You cannot pay by credit card here. The bank's exchange rate was 6.8, but 7.5 kuna for 1 euro. Best to pay in euros. The positive is that the apartment is very nice and clean and it is located in the center of the city. The owner has given us the necessary explanation about the sights. She is friendly but businesslike.

The room was nice, spacious and clean but it was hell to get there. The public pay parking was overcrowded and you are simply locked in so that you cannot drive away freely. You have to go 350 meters through the city with the suitcases and then to the 2nd floor with the stairs. We could not find the reception and later discovered that it was in restaurant Tinel a 250m further. There is also breakfast. Too bad there is no fresh fruit, yogurt or cereal present. A glass of fruit juice from brig, an egg, bread and a plate of salami, ham and cheese. Also received coffee or tea. Payment can only be made in cash and the exchange rate is calculated too high. It is a shame that people let themselves be known about this while they give a 20 percent discount in the restaurant.

Clean, central, very good service

Cozy and spacious room, central location. NEGATIVE is that they never cleaned the room for the three days we stayed, changed the towels .. It is not possible to pay by credit card
