Catastrophic communication. I can’t even inform in time that there will be no hot water and heating.
Robbers of the domicile population through "distributors" .... And then when you ask which formula I can calculate how much I will pay for heating - no one knows ....
Again the heating doesn’t work, and on their site you can’t find why and where everything doesn’t work.
For some reason we do not have hot water in the building. There are no notifications. A small child at home. And I, after 67 calls to hep-toplinarstvo and 60 calls to hep-toplinarstvo velika gorica, I still haven't managed to get anyone !!! Yes you read 127 calls well (each time it rang to the end). God forbid that all your power plants burn down !!!
