Hertz Rent a car

0. Terribly disappointed with the agent's commercial behavior, D.B. On a rainy Christmas day in Dubrovnik I had to pay an extra day which was the price I paid for a week due to a 40 minutes delay. He knew I was late because I called him an hour before I arrived. He could have made a commercial gesture if he had wanted to be nice!!! I have been renting cars since September from many agencies in Croatia, this situation has not happened! On the contrary, all agents were nice, helpful and professional. First time with Hertz and never again!!! I do not recommend at all!!!

Really nice experience I highly recommend it ! The car was nice and the staff were really amazing ! Dejan Bajunovic took care of us for the pick up and drop off. Everything went smooth and it was a real pleasure to deal with such professional and friendly staff. Thank you !

We arrived to collect our car and were on our way within 20 minutes. Very fast and efficient service. Dejan Bajunović met us and he was friendly and helpful, explaining everything and going around the car with us pointing out any marks or scratches that needed to be noted. The car wasn't the newest but unfortunately their stock has not been replenished this year because of Covid. Having said that the car caused no problems and was reliable. Drop off at the end of our stay was just as efficient - we were met by Dejan again. We would thoroughly recommend Hertz and it's staff at Dubrovnik airport🙂.

Absolutely fantastic service. This was for a rental from 10th October returning on 19th October. First, the gentleman who welcomed me that evening was super friendly and easy going. He explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease. We received a lovely vehicle that drove very well. Unfortunately, the Airbnb in which I was staying was up on a hill and access via an unpaved road. I knew I couldn't handle these roads with a manual transmission vehicle. I returned the car to exchange it for an automatic and these guys helped me, no questions asked. I was in and out with an automatic car and my anxiety at ease knowing that I would be able to get around Dubrovnik safely and efficiently. I know who I am going to use on my next visit.... These guys. Thank you very much!!!
